A mandatory captain's meeting is set at 7:00 P.M. at Jesse Oaks one week prior to the first game.
Monday teams on April 28, Tuesday on April 29, Wednesday on April 30, Thursday on May 1, and Friday on May 2.

In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to the April 25 for what ever reason, that team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee. After April 25 all registration fees are non refundable.
