Recreational and intermediate leagues begin January 21, 2008.

Sunday leagues start January 27th
Monday Co-ed 6 Recreational & Men’s 4’s
Tuesday Co-ed 6 Recreational & Intermediate
Wednesday Co-ed 6 Recreational & Intermediate
Thursday Co-ed 6 Recreational & Intermediate
Friday Co-ed 6 Recreational & Intermediate
Court Fees:
6 person teams $350
6 person Monday Teams $300
6 person Sunday teams $200
Men’s 4’s $350
Early Registration Discount
If you sing up before December 24th you receive a $50 discount
Does not apply towards Three Pack
Men's 4s not eligable for discount
THREE PACK
$750 for all three seasons (must be same captain)
3 Pack is non transferable
Can Not be sold
Must play on same night
Name changes are allowed
Must be same playing captain
Jesse Oaks reserves the right to remove team from league, or "charge" additional $100 for team per season if 3 pack rules are violated
Three pack offer expires December 15th
General Information
*Please keep in mind the main emphasis of these leagues is to have fun!
*Registration is due ASAP because leagues fill up.
*Schedules are already available on website www.jesseoaks.com
*All registration fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
*Team captains will receive schedules and have a meeting with directors the week of
January 14. Meeting is at 7:00 P.M. on same night played one week prior to season.
*All Leagues must have a minimum of 4 teams.
*Earliest game starts at 6:20 P.M. and depending league size the latest 9:40 P.M.
Except the Sunday leagues (start 4:00)
*Each match consists of three (rally scoring) games to 21 runs approximately 50 minutes.
*All teams will make playoffs
*Season will consist of 11 weeks of league play, and 1-2 week postseason.
*Annual banquet will follow season on May 3, 2008.
League and Tournament Gift Certificates and T-shirts are given out at banquet
Teams not attending banquet can only receive prizes after 5/3/08 from Sean
All gift certificates expire 8/30/08
Jesse Oaks does not guarantee T-shirts and Gift Certificates for team that do not attend Banquet

A mandatory captain's meeting is set at 7:00 P.M. at Jesse Oaks one week prior to the first game. Monday teams on January 14, Tuesday on January 15, Wednesday on Jan. 16, and Thursday on Jan. 17, and Friday on Jan 18. If you cannot attend please call Sean @ Jesse Oaks 847 223-2575.
In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to the January 21 for what ever reason, that team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee. After January 25 all registration fees are non refundable.
