A mandatory captain's meeting is set for Thursday January 12, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at Jesse Oaks.
If you cannot attend please call Sean @ Jesse Oaks 847 223-2575.
In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to the January 12, 2012 for what ever reason, that team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee. After January 12, 2012 all registration fees are non refundable.
