A mandatory captain's meeting is set at 7:00 P.M. at Jesse Oaks one week prior to the first game.
If you cannot attend please call Sean @ Jesse Oaks 847 223-2575 ext 21.
In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to the May 1 for what ever reason, that team is subject to a
cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee. After May 3 all registration fees are non refundable.
