4's Comp Sunday League is full cash payout all money in goes back to league payout no co-ed rule

**Summer Break leagues begin June 1, runs 12 weeks with season end around August 31.

**Late Night all games are at 10:30 pm

 

General Information

*Please keep in mind the main emphasis of these leagues is to have fun!

*Schedules are already available on website www.jesseoaks.com

*All registration fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

*Team captains will receive temp or permanent schedules and have a meeting on January 13, unless league is not full. Meeting is at 7:00pm in the Leinies Lodge

*Earliest game starts at 6:20 P.M. and depending league size the latest 9:40 P.M.

Except the Sunday leagues (start 3:00)

*Each match consists of three (rally scoring) games to 21 runs approximately 50 minutes.

*All teams will make playoffs

*Annual banquet & party party party will follow summer season in October 6, 2012

*Teams are responsible for obtaining T-Shirt order form and gift Certificates From The Leinies Lodge

*Official Jesse Oaks volleyball rules apply.

*All games will be officiated by referees with except to missing referee.

A mandatory captain's meeting is set at 7:00 P.M. at Jesse Oaks one week prior to the  first game Monday & Tuesday teams meet on Tuesday April 24, Wednesday teams meet on Wednesday April 25, Thursday teams meet on Thursday April 26 Friday, Saturday, & Sunday teams meet on Friday April 27.  If you cannot attend please email Sean@JesseOaks.com.

 

In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to April 25 for whatever reason, that team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee.  After April 29 19 2011 all registration fees are non refundable.
