Sunday leagues start October 7th

General Information 

*Please keep in mind the main emphasis of these leagues is to have fun!

            *Registration is due ASAP because leagues fill up.

            *Schedules are already available on website www.jesseoaks.com

            *All registration fees must be paid in full at time of registration.

            *Team captains will receive schedules and have a meeting with directors the week of      

              September 24 .  Meeting is at 7:00 P.M. on same night played one week prior to season.

*All Leagues must have a minimum of 4 teams.

            *Earliest game starts at 6:20 P.M. and depending league size the latest 9:40 P.M.

                                                Except the Sunday leagues (start 4:00)

*Each match consists of three (rally scoring) games to 21 runs approximately 50 minutes.

            *All teams will make playoffs

            *Season will consist of 11 weeks of league play, and 1-2 week postseason.

            *Annual banquet will follow season on January 5, 2008.

                        League and Tournament Gift Certificates and T-shirts are given out at banquet

                        Teams not attending banquet can only receive prizes after 1/5/08 from Sean

            All gift certificates expire 4/30/08

            Jesse Oaks does not guarantee T-shirts and Gift Certificates for team that do not attend Banquet

*Official Jesse Oaks volleyball rules apply.

            New rule for all leagues is the “let serve”

*All games will be officiated by referees with except to missing referee.

*Schedules and standings available on website (www.jesseoaks.com) and 

  posted at bar weekly

A mandatory captain's meeting is set at 7:00 P.M. at Jesse Oaks one week prior to the first game.  Monday teams on September 24, Tuesday  on September 25, Wednesday on September 26, Thursday on September 27, and Friday on September 28.  If you cannot attend please call Sean @ Jesse Oaks 847 223-2575.

In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to the October 1st for what ever reason, that team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee.  After May 4th all registration fees are non refundable.
