2025 Fall Volleyball League Registration
The registration is password protected until release Date
Registration for Recreation B ONLY will begin on Monday, 8/11 at 5pm.
The A and intermeadiate will show 0 inventory until set times below
Registration for Recreation A will begin on Wednesday, 8/13 at 5pm
Registration for Intermediate will begin on Friday, 8/15 at 5pm

Once all spots are filled within the desired league, you can email oaksvb96@gmail.com to be placed on the wait-list. Please indicate the night and level of play desired.
TEAMS THAT REGISTER FOR THE INCORRECT LEAGUE WILL NOT BE PLACED IN THE DESIRED DIVISION.
Jesse Oaks Management and/or Volleyball Administration reserves the right to promote or relegate a team at any point during the season if it is deemed that a team is too “dominating” or “underperforming” within their current division.
A MANDATORY Captain's Meeting is set for Thursday, 9/11/25 at 7pm at Jesse Oaks in the Leinenkugel Lodge
Leagues will be entirely indoors after 11/3/25. 3 courts are used when fall starts. 1 outdoor and 2 indoors (4, 5, & 6)
Fall season will have byes begining 11/3/25 if leagues are full. Using indoor courts 5 & 6 only after 11/3

LEVEL OF PLAY:
Intermediate/Competitive
- Skill Level: Highly skilled, often with competitive or club experience.
- Focus: High-level competition with serious intent to win. Still within a social and respectful environment.
- Gameplay:
- Fast-paced, high-powered hits and quick sets.
- Strong serves, strategic plays, and coordinated attacks.
- Accurate passing, tight rotations, and strong blocking.
- Players know their positions well and communicate on the court.
- Few unforced errors.
Typical Players: Former high school or college players, or long-time recreational players looking to compete.
Recreational A Level
- Skill Level: Some experience with the game and understanding of basic techniques.
- Focus: A balance between fun and light competition.
- Gameplay:
- Better ball control and passing.
- Some knowledge of positions and rotations.
- Moderate serving and hitting ability.
- Players begin to set up plays (bump-set-hit).
Typical Players: Players who’ve played in other recreational leagues or high school volleyball but aren’t looking for intense competition.
Recreational B Level
- Skill Level: Beginners or players with very basic experience.
- Focus: Fun, social interaction, and participation over competition.
- Gameplay:
- Basic knowledge of the rules.
- Frequent mistakes (e.g., double hits, lifts).
- Little to no strategic play or team formations.
Typical players: People new to volleyball, casual players, or groups of friends looking to have fun.
Guidelines:
- Rule #1 have fun
- Rule #2 Be Nice!!
- All registration fees must be paid in full at time of registration
- Please keep in mind, in the end, the main emphasis of all of the leagues is to have fun!
- Earliest game starts at 6:20pm and depending on league size the latest game will be 9:50pm
- Sunday Leagues will start at 3:10pm
- Each match consists of 3 (rally scoring) games to 21 runs approximately 50 minutes.
- All teams will make playoffs Official Jesse Oaks volleyball rules apply
- All games will be officiated by referees
- Jesse Oaks Management and/or Volleyball Administration reserves the right to promote or relegate a team at any point during the season if it is deemed that a team is too “dominating” or “underperforming” within their current division.
- Fall leagues are booked with extra teams and teams are subject to mazimum 2 byes (unless byes are requested by team)
In the event a team requests the registration fee to be refunded prior to September 15, 2025 for whatever reason, that team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee. After September 15, 2025 all registration fees are non-refundable.

Teams are responsible for obtaining T-Shirt Order Form and Gift Certificates from the Leinie’s Lodge after the league has concluded * In the event a team requests the registration fee be refunded prior to league being full or September 9/15/25 which ever comes first. The team is subject to a cancellation fee of $100 to be subtracted from the refunded registration fee. After 9/15/25 all registration fees are non refundable.
